There is an entire plethora of words you can use when referring to craft beer, and ‘passion’ is definitely on the list. And it is definitely the word that went into defining the endeavours behind Patos Beer, one of the recent additions to the Romanian craft beer scene.

Patos have started work on their brewery back in 2017 when, after acquiring their equipment and setting the bureaucratic ball in motion, they took a trip all the way to Croatia, where they did their apprenticeship with Nova Runda, a local craft brewery. Several months later, their first batches were bottled and sent out into the world, with the beginning of May.
